💠Joyful Communal Dancing
We dance Bollywood-inspired & free-form—because movement should be fun! Play is vital, even as adults. This is your space to express, celebrate, and let go.
💠Reflection & Integration
We close with mindfulness tools, breathwork, and an optional sharing circle to carry this sense of freedom into daily life.
Every session is different, yet follows this natural rhythm—a dance between movement, stillness, expression, and surrender.

Why I Offer This Space?

​Hi, I’m Aditi Kaushiva, Founder of Move to Thrive.

I created these free monthly sessions because I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, disconnected, and trapped in your own thoughts.

I’ve spent 15+ years immersed in movement—from Bharatanatyam to contemporary dance—but it wasn’t until I faced my own struggles with anxiety and burnout that I truly understood the power of movement as healing.
This is why I will never stop offering these sessions.
Because we all need a space where we can just be. Where we can breathe, feel, express, and move without judgment.
