Welcome to Move to Thrive, where movement becomes a powerful tool for self-discovery, healing, and connection.
I’m Aditi Kaushiva, a movement facilitator deeply rooted in Indian dance traditions, and I created Move to Thrive from a place of personal transformation. After navigating the challenges of anxiety and burnout, I turned to movement to reconnect with myself and find healing. This journey ignited my passion to help others experience the same benefits.

Now, I guide others through that same pathway of healing, using mindful movement to release stress, awaken joy, and build resilience.

As a movement artist with over 15 years of experience across Indian classical, contemporary, and modern dance forms, I have witnessed firsthand how movement connects us to our bodies and emotions.
