I'm a movement facilitator deeply rooted in Indian dance traditions, and I created Move to Thrive from a place of personal transformation. After navigating the challenges of anxiety and burnout, I turned to movement to reconnect with myself and find healing. This journey ignited my passion to help others experience the same benefits...
