Hi, I’m Aditi,
founder of Move to Thrive.
After navigating my own experiences of anxiety and burnout, I turned to movement as a way to reconnect with my body and find steadiness again. Rooted in Indian dance traditions, my work blends mindful movement, breathwork, and creative practices to support emotional resilience and wellbeing.
Today, I offer spaces where people can slow down, release stress, and return to themselves through embodied practice. I’ve facilitated workshops with diverse communities and organisations across London, including St Margaret’s House, Theatre Deli, The Bridge, 64 Million Artists, and the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre.

Ways we can work together
Community & creative workshops
Curated movement experiences, often blended with art, reflection, and creativity, offered in collaboration with community and cultural spaces.

Burnout recovery through mindful movement
Burnout is not a personal failure, but a nervous-system response to prolonged stress.
This five-week programme offers a gentle, body-led path to restoring energy, emotional resilience, and steadiness.
The 5-week Burnout Recovery programme is a live, small-group journey for those experiencing chronic stress, emotional exhaustion, or disconnection from their body.
Rooted in somatic movement, breathwork, reflection, and creative practices, each session supports nervous-system regulation and sustainable recovery, without forcing or fixing.
This programme is suitable for individuals and organisations seeking a deeper, embodied approach to burnout recovery.
“I came to this workshop after a really difficult few days, and was surprised by how gentle yet grounding it felt. The small group size created a sense of safety, and the movement and breathwork helped me reconnect with my body in exactly the way I needed.”
- Kruti, participant at London LGBTQ+ Community Centre
“There was no judgement in the room, just joy. I felt deeply empowered and was smiling all the way home.”
- Heidi, participant at St Margaret’s House (SMH)
“Aditi is a wonderful guide - compassionate, clear, and nurturing. The practices not only eased stress and anxiety but also brought a sense of joy, and I continue to integrate them into my life.”
- Susan, online session
